ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Christian Examiner) – The American Media Institute, an independent investigative news agency, has uncovered a secret Islamic State document in Pakistan which the group says bears a striking resemblance to Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf (My Struggle).

In it, ISIS militants reportedly set six phases of operations leading to the end of the world. Phase six, according to the plan, will begin in 2017, when the group says it will begin subjecting all enemies of the global caliphate and Islam will rule in peace.

The 32-page document is interesting for several reasons. First, it was found in the remote tribal regions of Pakistan – to date, an area not officially considered ISIS territory. Secondly, the document draws a strong connection between the initiation of hostilities with the West by al Qaeda in 2001 and ISIS. In other words, ISIS believes it is continuing the work of al Qaeda's founder, Osama bin Laden.

While the world is watching videos of beheadings and crucifixions in Iraq and Syria the Islamic State is moving into North Africa the Middle East, and now we see it has a strategy in South Asia. It's a magician's trick; watch this hand and you'll never see what the other is doing.

Like Mein Kampf, the document is reportedly filled with rhetoric against the Jews, as well as Israel and the United States. President Barack Obama is called "the Mule of the Jews" and the Islamic State's plan to push the world toward Armageddon is seen as a "final solution."

One U.S. intelligence official, unnamed in AMI's report, said the document – written in Urdu – shows that ISIS is very gifted at pursuing its agenda.

"While the world is watching videos of beheadings and crucifixions in Iraq and Syria the Islamic State is moving into North Africa the Middle East, and now we see it has a strategy in South Asia. It's a magician's trick; watch this hand and you'll never see what the other is doing," the official told AMI.

According to Gen. Michael Flynn, retired director of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, the document lays out the intent, goals and objectives of the Islamic State. It also includes "a red flag to which we must pay attention," Flynn told AMI.

The document, "A Brief History of the Islamic State Caliphate (ISC), The Caliphate According to the Prophet," has as a goal uniting the various factions of the Taliban in Pakistan and Afghanistan into a single army under ISIS leadership. That has been a difficult task so far, as Taliban loyalists have resisted calls to join the Islamic State.

Last month, ISIS terrorists blew up 10 Taliban "apostate" hostages who refused to join the terror group. Another two were forced to kneel and were shot in the back of the head repeatedly.

According to AMI, the tone of the Nazi-like propaganda piece is blunt: "Accept the fact that this caliphate will survive and prosper until it takes over the entire world and beheads every last person that rebels against Allah. This is the bitter truth; swallow it."

The six phase plan to bring about the end of the world began, according to the document, in 2000. In that phase, Islamists called for a major attack on the U.S. (reference Sept. 11, 2001) in order to provoke a worldwide crusade against Islamic militants. The group believed the attack by the U.S. would cause an "awakening."

Other phases in the plan include "shock and awe," an obvious reference to the U.S. plan to diminish Iraqi military resources with massive bombings at the outset of the war in Iraq in 2003. Another period called "self-reliance" called for ISIS to focus on causing chaos among Iraq's neighbors. It has done so in Syria, Yemen other regional countries such as Egypt and Libya.

Other phases call for economic warfare and "declaring the caliphate" by 2016. From 2017-2020, the group plans to engage in "open warfare" with all enemies of the Islamic state so "Allah will grant victory to the believers after which peace will reign on earth."

The document, AMI said, warns that "preparations" for an attack in India are underway and predicts that an attack will provoke an apocalyptic confrontation with America: "Even if the U.S tries to attack with all its allies, which undoubtedly it will, the (entire global Muslim community) will be united, resulting in the final battle."

India, important to note, has in its arsenal nuclear weapons which ISIS would, not doubt, like to have in its hands.
