'How to Get Away With Murder' spoilers: Annalise to form bond with Laurel

As its hiatus finally comes to an end, "How To Get Away With Murder" is returning to the small screen with its 10th episode on Feb. 11.

Fans of the show were left hanging after the mid-season finale, when it was uncovered that Wes had shot Annalise in an attempt to cover up Asher's crime. However, things got out of hand when Annalise pushed Wes further when he told him that Rebecca had been dead all along.

However, this half of the season will show Annalise being vulnerable after being shot. According to TVLine, she will rely more on Laurel, played by Karla Souza, while recovering.

Souza shared, "You'll see in the first episode back... Annalise dumps a lot of responsibility on her, and you're going to see how Laurel deals with it."

In addition, she revealed that Laurel becomes more protective over Wes, which further complicates the situation.

Souza has also spilled that there are things Annalise knows about each and every one of the Keating Five. She said, "Laurel realizes that this woman knows more about us than we even know, that there's a reason why she picked every one of us."

It seems like Annalise is plotting some elaborate scheme and uses her knowledge of family secrets to keep her minions by her side.

The upcoming episode will show how loose ends regarding the murder case of Catherine and Caleb will be tied. Fans will recall that their case has been going on for some episodes now and is the central element to the story.

In addition, viewers will get to know the real story behind Christophe, otherwise known as Wes, and what happened to him that Annalise is holding on to.

The "How To Get Away With Murder" mid-season premiere will air Thursday, Feb. 11.
