Gwyneth Paltrow has finally answered rumors about her and actress Jennifer Lawrence, as well as her relationship with estranged husband, Chris Martin.

Iron Man actress Paltrow visited Howard Stern's radio show this week. The conversation quickly moved to Chris Martin and his on-again relationship with Jennifer Lawrence.

Paltrow answered the question, "Who says I don't approve of Jennifer Lawrence?"

She added, "I respect him as the father of my children. ... He wouldn't be with someone who isn't great. ... We have kids, we're always going to be a family."

Paltrow also explained, "I respect him as the father of my children. It's his life and it's his decision and I do think that he loves the kids so much, and I don't think that he would be with someone that wasn't great. And if I'm wrong, I'll come back here and I'll tell you."

In the same interiview, she clarified that after almost a year since her separation from Martin, she's good and even shared some good things about her estranged husband.

"He's lovely. He's such a sweetheart," Paltrow said. "We actually have a really strong friendship, and we laugh and we have fun."

"There are times when it's really difficult, and things happen, and I'm sure he doesn't want to hang out with me, and I don't want to hang out with him, but for the sake of the kids you do it, but you also don't do it all tense," she added.

Meanwhile, Paltrow has an upcoming movie titled Mortdecai with the release date set for January 23, 2015.
