To celebrate the long-awaited and twice-delayed launch of action-adventure video game "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," Sony will release a special Limited Edition "Uncharted 4" bundle for PS4.

The company announced the upcoming special offer on its PlayStation Blog with a short promo video and photos of the limited edition PS4 console and controller included in the "Uncharted 4" bundle. The bundle includes a gray-blue 500GB Limited Edition PlayStation 4 with a silk-screened image of Nathan Drake, the video game's protagonist. The PlayStation logo and Uncharted logo are in gold, as is the phrase "SIC PARVIS MAGNA," which means "Greatness from small beginnings." This is the same motto that is engraved on the "Uncharted 4" hero's ring.

The PS4 comes with a matching DualShock 4 controller and a Blu-ray copy of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End."

According to the press release, fans of the Naughty Dog third-person shooter platform video game can pick up one of the PS4 bundles on April 26, the game's launch date, for US$399.99 or Canadian $499.99.

Sony also announced that it is already taking pre-orders for the "Uncharted 4"-themed PS4 console bundle. Those who pre-order the bundle will receive a voucher for Uncharted Points that can be used in Multiplayer Mode, an "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune" outfit, and a Golden Weapon Skin.

"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" was originally slated for a 2015 holiday season release, which was postponed to March 18. A new April 26 release date was announced in late December.

"As we approached our final deadlines and started wrapping up the game's levels, we realized that several key sequences needed extra resources to bring them to the finish line," Naughty Dog Creative Director Neil Druckmann and Game Director Bruce Staley said. "Pushing the date is not an easy choice, and we wouldn't do it if we didn't feel in our hearts it's the best course of action for the game."
